How does it work?
You will want to use about 2 tablespoons organic coconut oil. You will place the oil in the mouth and as it heats up to the temperature in the mouth it will go from solid to liquid. You will then begin swishing it around in the mouth. Try 5-10 minutes to start then work your way up to 20 minutes. When you are oil pulling, never swallow it. All the toxins that are pulled out of the body are now going to be in the oil so be sure to spit out into the trash. Never spit into the sink or toilet because as an oil, it can clog pipes.
